My Teaching Career began in 1993 at Boca Grove Plantation in Boca Raton, Florida, while I also apprenticed for Mr. Kostis.  From creating and executing Golf Camps at The Boca Raton Resort, or working with Dave Pelz Scoring Schools, I found I had a passion for Junior Golf.

My love for golf brought me back home to Wisconsin, and I worked at Brynwood Country Club where I developed a very successful junior golf program.  My teaching passion then lead me to Oahu Country Club in Hawaii.  I decided to leave Hawaii and came to North Florida and started teaching at the TPC at Sawgrass, where I introduced my junior golf programs to Ponte Vedra.  My time there was an excellent opportunity for me to learn, practice and play with the numerous local PGA TOUR players.  While working and playing with them, I was able to introduce into my teaching programs the practice routines, detailed swing mechanics, fitness, and desire that golfers need to be successful.  

TGA is the #1 Rated Junior Golf Academy in North Florida, and we boast 26 full-time students, numerous collegiate players, and our 1st LPGA TOUR player in Ginger Howard. 

At TGA, and have one of the best practice facilities in North Florida, covered and shaded hitting areas, V1 Coaching Software for video analysis during instruction, and a great short game area with bunkers to help develope a players overall game!

Located at The Golf Club at Fleming Island, the most junior-friendly golf facility in Jacksonville, we boast an excellent golf course in great condition year-round and the best professional staff!  The TGA and The Golf Club at Fleming Island are growing into "THE" location to bring your junior to play and learn!
